Health: Amazing Health Benefits of Sauna Bath

Hey, guys! Are you fond of saunas? If so, how often do you visit?

We are asking because there’s a study that says research participants who frequently take sauna baths have a significantly lower stroke risk as compared to those who do it barely. The research, titled Sauna bathing reduces the risk of stroke in Finnish men and women: A prospective cohort study was published in a journal called Neurology. This 15-year follow-up study had a total of 1,628 adult participants without a known history of stroke and their ages ranged from 53 to 74.

Results revealed that participants of the study who take sauna baths four to seven days a week have 61 percent lower risk of experiencing stroke as opposed to those who only go once a week. On the other hand, those who do it twice or three times a week have a 14 percent lower stroke risk compared to those who take sauna baths just once a week.

It is said that previous studies have “linked sauna use to a reduced risk of high blood pressure, dementia, and death from cardiovascular disease.” Read more of this here. However, experts have cautioned people who “recently had a heart attack, those with unstable angina, and elderly people with low blood pressure” from going to saunas.

How do you differentiate a sauna from a steam room? Apparently the difference lies in the heat these two provide: it is said that the former provides dry heat while the latter provides moist heat but both offers health benefits which you can read here in detail.

Anyway, going back to the question at hand, how often do you visit gay sauna? Do you go there to hookup or do you go there to simply relax and unwind? Whatever your reason is, bathing in sauna comes with health benefits. That being said, would you care to share your first trip to one? How did your first gay sauna experience go? Sound off in the comments section below.

I love a sauna (as long as it is pronounced correctly with a diphthong in the first syllable). I never feel quite so clean as after a long sauna and then a shower. Unfortunately I don’t have access to one. If I am at a resort or on a cruise I am in the sauna at least twice a day.

As far as neurological benefits, I would not know, my mind has been shot for at least a decade. Just a drooling old fart anymore.

Saunas are very stressful. I do prefer them to steam. Not a good place to have sex. Traditionally, one runs from the sauna to jump into a cool lake, that’s an essential part of the ritual, as well as beating yourself with birch twigs. It’s not just the heat, but also the quick cooling. Studies are silly. How about the benefits of getting a blow job?

Well, first off I don’t like saunas, either dry heat or moist. A couple of times I have tried them, I find it hard to breath in the hot air, and plus it seemed to make me really dizzy. I know guys do get off in them at times, get naked, and that’s hot, but the super heated air would just turn me off. Now a hot tub is great and relaxing provided it isn’t extremely hot. I have found them to be relaxing, stimulating, etc. I’d love to be naked with other guys in a hot tub, but can’t do that most places, except maybe a bathhouse, which there are none of those around my area. The nearest bathhouse to me would be around a 6 hour drive for me.

The benefits of Sauna are the heated water which dilates your blood vessels and relaxes them. Continued dilation provides optimum blood flow which feeds the vital oragans with rich, oxygenated blood; hence, its benefits.

As long as you do not have potential clots anywhere with your circulatory system which can aand sometimes will break-off and travel only to get loged in an organ…such as your heart or lungs, Saunas are benefical; hence, the warnings against saunas, whirlpools or a hot, prolonged bath.
