The Pinca Transversalis (p.t.) are the “valves” that allow for closure of the rectum sections. There are three valves, p.t. inferior, the p.t. media, and the p.t. superior. The p.t. superior separates the rectum from the colon entrance. This is key to a deep cleaning. Reaching the rectal sigmoid and cleaning out that system prevents “accidents” (the release of waste from the colon system during fucking. The p.t. superior is a string valve that is controlled involuntarily. Typically it only opens when the body wants to move fully processed waste into the rectum. “Taking a poop” to get your ass ready for fucking works only for a small percentage of guys. I knew one such guy; all he had to do was to take a poop and then his rectum was as clean as a whistle. MOST guys need to take an anal douche to get their rectum that clean. As for unplanned fucking (i.e. without prior douching), most self-respecting bottoms -including me- will avoid it.
Does the douche always work? No and there is a simple reason for this.
