Speak Out: On Locker Rooms

A man who frequents the Cowichan Aquatic Centre in Duncan, British Columbia for physiotherapy purposes has reportedly filed a complaint due to the “elderly men’s constant excessive nudity” in the facility’s changing room for men.

In the complaint, the man said he acknowledged that doing so is hardly illegal. Still, he maintained that lockers are meant for public use hence everyone using it “should feel comfortable in them.”

“I don’t think it’s right that these men make it so uncomfortable for others with their nudity,” the complainant said. He added that he has a son who doesn’t feel comfortable about it as well and suggested that the men “should be made to use” the separate cubicles and shower stalls in the changing rooms.

Responding to the grievance, the mayor said it’s not the first time they received a complaint from “people who are offended” about nudity. The mayor also reiterated that, “People changing from clothes to bathing suits is part of using the pool.”

What about you though? What do you think about nudity in the men’s locker room, guys? Does it make you feel uncomfortable?

Or maybe “nervous” is the right word just like this man over at Reddit who said that he stopped showering at school when he “started having thoughts of men.” He even “tried to avoid the locker room at all costs” for fear he would “see something and get an erection.”

Apparently he wasn’t the only one who avoided locker rooms while others who responded on the thread said they got through it by keeping their head down. Those who used the locker room said they didn’t get an erection at all because it wasn’t a sexual situation.

That being said, have you ever experienced the same dilemma? Does using the locker room make you feel uncomfortable or anxious? Did you avoid the locker rooms just like this guy at Reddit did? Share with us your thoughts and locker room stories in the comments section below.

Nudity is what you expect in a locker room. As to the guys son feeling uncomfortable, IMHO that idea is being fed by his dads complaining. Let his dad go into a cubical so he doesn`t see anything. It`s a two way street. Bet he would really freak out in a steam room….. Cheers

  2. Sheezi

It’s a locker room… People get naked. Older men included. The guy you want to see naked changes in the corner behind a towel while the old guys strut across the room wearing towels everywhere but their waists, who are we to mess with tradition? Also the smell, the lighting, the TV’s blaring, there’s nothing sexual about a locker room.

    • Hunter0500

A buddy of mine is 35 years my younger. He says guys s his age are “hookup flakes”. He prefers older guys because they know how to “get ‘er done!” and are happy to get him “done” on an on going basis. They’ve taught him “a bunch” about doing and being done sexually … which makes it all the better, he says.

  3. txbro

First time I had sex in a locker room was my junior year in high school. Sucked off my bud several times. Then my found out my he had told his neighbor and he ended up fuckin my hole while his bud watched and jerked off.

    • iamoiamo

fair statement, as long as it applies in return…so if a gay man is uncomfortable in some situation , then he too should take a hike?

    • Hungmuscletop

By your same logic then all trans people should leave the public too….because they are a small percentage of the population and they make a lot of people feel uncomfortable..I’m not saying that is my opinion but if we use your logic and that is your solution then by the same token….All trans people should never go out in public because they make most people uncomfortable as well

      • Sagitarrius

Ok. Let’s not hijak the thread here and twist logic into a trainwreck. I don’t agree with him, but the man is concerned about modesty, and said nothing about trans people. By the man’s logic, trans people would wear towels and change in cubicles like everyone else. His solution was not discriminatory, yet you are implying it is to discredit him, brilliant. That is BS

    • Flagstache

These are the same guys that are afraid to piss in a urinal without dividers between them. Prob a good thing that mens room piss troughs don’t exist anymore. I’d bet there’d be lots of guys peeing their pants….haha

Seems like our society has created a generation of wimps. Men should behave and act like men. I know there’s some of you cry babies out there that will whine and whimper because you need your privacy. You are prob the same ones that shave your bush and body. Or tie up the machines and equipment at the gym taking selfies!

Time for some of you guys to “man up” , grow some nuts, and behave like a man!

  4. Larry

If the guy is so uncomfortable changing in front of the other guys & seeing them naked, why doesn’t HE use the changing rooms? I like to observe the hot guys changing and getting in & out of the showers at the gym although I’m a little uncomfortable doing it myself sometimes, then there are times when I love to “show off” while getting in or out of the shower.

  5. Bimale4o7

I don’t think being naked in a locker room is a bad thing. That’s what they are for to change otherwise they wouldn’t have shower stalls. I think it’s just upsetting that some don’t and can’t adjust to it. I remember when I was nervous changing in my middle school locker room however that was just because I didn’t like my body. However I got over it and it doesn’t bother me. My suggestion is he needs to change at home or elsewhere because it isn’t working out there.

  6. Zoltan

When i grew up, we had all naked swimming at the YMCA no one made a big deal about nudity.
In school i loved it-i developed early and was proud to show off my body.

  7. tony

The man being uneasy is his own insecurities which he passed on to his son and to file a complaint about male nudity in a gym locker is silly to me I can see if he was being hit on in front of his son. Male nudity in locker rooms starts in junior high and continues to fitness centers if he feels so uncomfortable use the private change rooms that’s what they are for unless he likes looking and uses that as an excuse

  8. Hunter0500

The facility in question is a public one. There should be, then, a reasonable expectation of nudity. Both individuals need to understand that. If the nude guy is simply walking to the shower holding his towel, no foul. If he is swaggering or being sexually suggestive, then that is beyond reasonable. If the griever doesn’t like nudity, he should seek another facility or work with the mayor’s office to see if private changing areas could be added. His demanding that everyone be made to do anything is entirely unreasonable.

Nudity is appropriate at certain times and in certain places. It is not always evil or perverted. Children should be taught what is proper and what is not. They should not be made to cower in fear over a naked human body.

  9. rob

First time in High School as a freshman, I had a boner. Nobody said anything but had to take freshman PE. Since then, I have maintain dignity in a gym but if in a bathouse different story.

  10. Dan

I’ve seen straight good looking millennials in my surburban high end NJ gym get all twisted in knots about making sure their towel stays wrapped around their waist as they try to put on their underwear. It’s comical and sad to watch at the same time. It’s a generational thing.

    • Toby

I see that a lot at my gym. I think a lot of public schools no longer require students to shower after PE, so they probably don’t have the experience with it. Showering after PE was my favorite thing. Got to see a nice variety of cocks and went home fantasizing about which ones I’d really love to suck and play with.

Also, there are some former military guys at my gym. They are more likely to walk around the locker room nude, which is fine with me. I’ve gotten acquainted fairly well with one of them. He’s probably around 25 and has a nice muscular build. A couple of weeks ago, I was starting to get dressed after showering when he came over to the lockers after showering. He started talking to me while he was drying off with a towel, so I got a good look at this cock. I tried not to stare at it too long. He has a nice one, and it seems like he likes to show it off. I really want to suck it, but not sure he’d want an older guy doing that.

  11. JB

I once heard a doctor on the radio in Canada saying that cubicles in locker rooms are terrible because kids grow up not knowing that cocks come in all sizes and most men fall into the normal range. Then they watch porn and think that they their own cocks are tiny. If you don’t see nudity in the locker room you are basically only going to see dicks in porn.

  12. Joe

Had a good laugh reading the latest blog. It’s a men’s locker room for pete’s sake what the heck does he expect. Everyone to have a towel wrapped around them while they take off their pants and put on their workout gear or swimsuits? While I mean that to be funny it’s honestly a lot more common in today’s world at gyms and public pools. I have NO idea what happened along the way with men and the shame in their bodies and being uncomfortable around their counterparts. I’ve heard or read stories that nowdays young men in public schools aren’t even required to shower after gym class or change clothes in a similar fashion like it’s normal. Heck we just stripped, ran to the shower, cleaned up and only had the towel covering us from the shower to our lockers when I was in school. You learned not to stare lol and just focus on getting dressed and back to class. I think modesty in general has taken an exteme turn to paranoia among young men of today and it’s truly sad.

    • Danny

That’s the same way I remember it too, you were suppose to be discreet when looking like turning your back from time to time to throw off any insinuations. Only a few I remember who didn’t care going off in the buff then coming back to their locker still dripping to dry off.

    • Sagitarrius

Well in his defense, there are a few extreme cases, which I find amusing, but I can understand how he would be offended. I workout in a gym in the Castro, and an older man (60’s?) comes in every morning just to shower and get ready (he does not work out). He takes a longgg shower and shaves at the mirror buck naked for a good 20 min (did i mention he has a huge flacid penis that looks tortured from apparently being stetched and pumped?). He struts around for awhile, then finally gets dressed and leaves. He is clearly a nudist (not a granola naturalist nudist, but a pervy look-at-me nudist). It is impossible to workout in this time slot and not see him strutting his science project penis around. But rather than squelch him, i think everyone should have to show the goods. No towels! Just blowers!

  13. Johnny

This has got to be some kind of joke. Seriously? A dude is in the locker room changing and another dude is offended by nudity? No flipping way! This dude has some serious fucking mental issues.

  14. shydiscreet

Nudity in the locker room does not bother me. You’re in a locker room so it’s kind of expected. However, myself, I am uncomfortable with my own nudity as I am body-conscious. So I will shower, but I don’t come out of the shower in only a towel. I will put on some kind of underwear and a T-shirt before coming completely out of the shower. I’m not a huge guy, but I have a potbelly and for me that’s an area of sensitivity. There are guys they’re bigger than me who go around shirtless, but it’s just something I struggle with. But I have no objection to anybody who wants to walk around like that or who walks around completely nude. It’s a locker room. You do what you gotta do and you leave.

  15. Luigi Nonono

Some people expect you to be modest, to cover yourself with a towel, or as much as possible. It is the considerate thing to do. For married men to let it all hang out and look at each other may be hot, but it is confusing, because you wonder why they’re married when they love looking at dick so much. I got one couple in trouble by wondering that too openly. Boy did she whip his ass. And just because a guy likes showing off, doesn’t mean he wants sex. So it just creates a lot of confusion and frustration. There should be a policy, but private cubicles would be best. But then they charge extra for that.

  16. shydiscreet

Locker rooms are intended for changing clothes. It doesn’t bother me when others are nude because typically, they are not nude for very long and they’re not all up in my space. You go in, do what needs done, and get out. The ones that do walk around bare, in my experience, are the older guys. Maybe it’s a generational thing and they are more comfortable with nudity because most middle aged and younger folks stay pretty covered up. Few people linger in a locker room. That being said, I am a body conscious male. I shower but I don’t come out in only a towel. I’ll put my underwear and a t-shirt on before exiting the shower. That’s just my choice as I am self-conscious as I lose weight and not a fan of my gut.

  17. Lamar

WTF! Are you kidding me, really, what did he think he was going to see a men’s locker room? Mama always said, ” if you don’t like what you see, don’t look!” Hell, man, that’s like going to a nude beach, being offended by naked folks, lol, lol… It’s just NOT an issue.

Now, if these dudes were to stare at him shakin’ their shit at him or something like that, then, you’d have an issue on your hands.

  18. Commandobttm

Nervous? Nervous was my first shower in the field house with the rest of my classmates. I’ll never forget that one guy we called Tripod….

  19. matin

How bout you grow up it’s a damn locker room and you really pick a time like this in our country now we will get to hear how old people are discriminated against just either grow up or don’t go in the locker rooms

  20. Hungmuscletop

I actually understand what he means. I frequent the gym and have no problem with nudity (been to burningman 5 times so…. No problem there) but there are the type of guys who purposely waltz around nude and try to engage people to talk.. I have seen it alot. You can tell they make it a point to stay naked when they could cover and walk back and forth…They are usually the grossest and most out of shape guys and it is never a pretty site. I can tell they are doing it on purpose by their mannuerisms and actions. Like when they get naked they act a little off.. And not natural..Like they are trying to get attention. If i were straight I would totally be weirded out. Hell im gay and still feel weirded out. Its not the nudity it is their odd behavior that is weird. So i actually agree. Why is it always the last person you want to see naked is always the first ones strutting around nude…Freakin gross

    • DISCREETE2MEETU

Ha so true.Dude you know your voing into a MENS locker room ,where men change, shower or use the bathroom etc.if you have no clue that there will be naked men your an idiot. You say he goes there for ” Aquatic theraph”? So this is onlh temporary? Get a life kook and finish your theraoy already

  21. latinlust69

I used to go to the gym often. Usually the guys you don’t want to see naked are the ones not bashful about showing it all. I don’t have a body of a god, but i don’t hide anything.
But what’s up with these “straight” guys who hide their cocks but let their hot asses be right there for the viewing and even bend over giving a great view of the crack?

    • Mike

Figures with an alias named “breeder” that you would say that. My beef are those guys, usually the ones who dont seems to be as hygienic as they should be sitting all over the benches in the sauna without at least a towel covering their assholes. They almost always, no, they always are the ones no one want to see naked in the first place. They are also the ones most often engaging in other gross habits like hacking, spitting, blowing their nose in closed areas like a steam room.

  22. rick

sound like he’s either homophobic or none to sure of his own confidence in his sexual orientation, AND he is imprinting this behavior on his son so that the son will also be either or as well. Normally a locker room is not a very sexual place, on that rare occasion when you meet another guy who is sharing the same degree of sudden hornyness as you are then you might be lucky enough to have a hot time.

Personally I feel that guys who ARE homophobic are very unsure of their orientation (Straight, Bisexual, Gay..etc)

  23. john

My first time was in a boys locker room when I was 14. I was taking a shower with a black guy and I kept looking at his big dick. Well he showed me how it worked.

  24. steamy4u99

I found this to be a quite amusing commentary on generational differences. I know I’m dating myself here, but does anyone remember open showers in high school where everyone was naked showing together in one big shower room? Playing varsity sports in high school and college, this was the norm, everyone showering together and everyone naked together in the locker room. When I go to the gym now days, no one but a handful of us older guys even showers before they leave let alone be naked.

    • Too old to care

It must be generational. Like Steamy above, from the time I was in 6th grade until I met the PE requirement in college, showers were just what you did when you finished sweating in gym class. It was refreshing, hygienic, and while in school part of the grade – dress, participate, shower, go to class. Because of this, I guess we are less sensitive about getting naked in the confines of locker room. It is why it is there and gender segregated. From the beginning, there were always some who were more comfortable (or possibly proud) in the situation, but for our generation, it was accepted as part of the routine.
For those who don’t like it, grab one of the stalls and enjoy your privacy.

    • Danny

Open showers were very common in older schools built ’70’s and before . Oh yea! They were place what fantasies are made of!

  25. Top_N

Really? How snowflake can you get? It’s a locker room nothing sexual about it except in porn.
A good time for a lesson, not a complaint. I would hate to see it when and if his son goes into the military.

    • Dave

You don’t go to the gym very often…
People get caught sucking dicks or fucking all the time. At my gym, gay guys were sucking so often in the locker room that they changed the configuration, changed the sauna with a huge glass door, and leave the door open so that everyone can see in.

  26. hoback

I love locker rooms ! All those naked bodies , if u start 2 get excited about one , then look at another that doesn’t excite u ! Never had sex in a locker room or a public shower but I have fantasized about it . Always wondering if the other guy is thinking about it too ! Its your body , unique in its own way . Just b respectful 2 everyone in the room .

  27. Randy

Curious: why do old men (65 and up) spend so much time nKed in the locker room. This has always puzzled me. Younger guys rarely do this. Anyone know?

    • Dave

same for me, I never understood that. I’m finished, I grab my jacket and leave in 2 minutes. Most people live nearby the gym, why shower at the gym? Can’t wait to be back home?

    • Jerry

As an old man who gets naked changing in the locker room my answer is we don’t care. Many of us are a little slower. it takes me longer to change socks than underwear. We don’t have a naked hang up. We know we aren’t the men we used to be and since we are old we don’t care anymore. Hang ups about nudity is for the young guys who have nice and possibly hard cocks that they don’t want seen in the locker room. I am speaking of just regular old guys that use the gym and not dirty old men looking for cock. Just my opinion and yours is fine for you.

    • steamy4u99

I think Randy that we were brought up that way. When we had gym class in high school our class was usually in the middle of the day and we were expected to shower before we returned to classes. It was what we were instructed to do, what we got used to doing and what we just got comfortably doing. Even today for me personally, I always feel more comfortable showering at the gym before I return home, rather than run home and shower.

  28. Antonio

It’s a locker room, people get naked. Seems like this guy would rather be surrounded by naked, jocks who’d have zero interested in him. At my gym, guys of all races, heights, weights walk around naked and no one cares, the only people I see getting annoyed are the clearly undercover/DL gays who can’t control their erections, that’s why you go to the gym or pool when it’s jot busy to avoid uncomfortable and annoying situations. I never go to the gym becyerrn 6-9am and 4-7pm, it’s just too many people there. But I will admit, seeing naked men in the locker room is hot especially when they notice you’re looking at them and don’t care

  29. 2bitwhore

That’s the problem with the world today, someone has a problem or feels uncomfortable, they expect the world to change and fit their needs rather than changing their own routine like using the cubicles themself or just nit use the locker room period.

  30. Darrell

Since high school I enjoy looking around and seeing the diversity. Yes in high school I sometimes had a hard time hiding my excitement. I had to quickly get dressed.

  31. freakslutboi

I’m going to agree with the sentiment that society has produced a great deal of wimps. Although they also deserve the same rights and privileges of everyone else, I’m not going to let the wimps tell me what to do, for that would unnatural.

  32. Lockerroomcruiser

I actually enjoy walking around nude in the locker room and the sauna I love seeing naked men just parade around nude. I just wish I could see more than what I can.

  33. Blondcub4blkmeat

My first locker room experience was at the public pool…. I was 8 and two older blk teens and I were horsing around in the pool… when we went into the shower area I sucked them both … it was the beginning of a life of sucking dick and servicing men… I love it

  34. JB

I can’t believe the number of guys here that say they don’t shower. Just cover up quickly as they change and go home. First off it’s disgusting to exit out to the public all sweaty. I hope you don’t take public transit. Second who cares if another man looks at you? Feel free to ignore. Also if you are here you are gay or at least bi. So wow.

For the guy who is the subject. I hope he imagines what he’ll say if his son comes to him worried about his dick size. Easiest thing to say is recall the locker room, we come in all size. All normal.

  35. BJME

I’m older, heavy set, beer belly, not all that good looking for sure, but I don’t really care who sees me naked. Being gay isn’t just about who is good looking, athletic, skinny, and twinkish. I love looking at videos of guys in locker rooms, and also sometimes I get the chance to see guys in person in a locker room, adult arcade or even a bathhouse. Anybody who ever wants to see me naked (legal age of course), I”ll gladly strip naked for him (or her).

  36. Hunter4B

Wow, it’s true, some of you guys are so judgmental:
I grew up in an old school, super religious family. Nudity was NOT okay and that IDEA was passed down CLEARLY. It might have taken some of us time to grow into our comfort zones, mine continues to change. Why do you think so many people have issues about nudity? Some nudist are coming clean, flashers are ‘exhibiting their inhibitions’ neurotically, and others keep their modesty (shame) close at hand. It was not until Jr. High that a teacher FORCED us to shower and that caused a lot of issues – some guys were developed and some not – there was taunting, teasing, and I recall a nude fight. After the fight – NO MORE SHOWERS even in HS! It was not until college and my purposeful use of the local gym that I NEEDED to shower before work or after school, I was in great shape so I didn’t mind being nude in the locker room, to change, to quickly shower, and to dress. On several occasions I walked into uncomfortable situations, where guys were actually messing around (and no matter how many here feel that is HOT, it was a public space & therefore questionable use because it is NOT a sanctioned hook up spot, and YES, I’d be bothered if a guy brought a woman in and was having sex in the locker room because its purpose is stated by the business GYM and not SEXposium, kindly GET A ROOM)! Most awkward was discovering my guardians ‘married friend’ engaged in some of those behaviors – and THAT was awkward for years as I could see the fear in his eyes every time he visited with his wife. Had I been clear on my own sexuality, then I might have told him not to worry, but you know what? If you are married and closeted then perhaps the local gym ISN’T the best place for hook ups! Yeah, there were some inappropriate stares and propositions (I was there to work out NOT find a date w guys two to three times my age). Today, I am pretty flabby and I would definitely like to be in better shape. I would not strut naked in the locker room, I don’t stare at younger guys even if they are peacocks, and honestly, I now am comfortable with the idea of appropriate nakedness. If that guy the complaint was lodge about is naked from one point to another for a purpose- GREAT, if he is using the sauna for an hour – Great again, but if he is naked and walking around the entire locker room without purpose for an hour, then it begs WHY?!?

  37. 55btmguy

The article does not elaborate on if the older guys walking around nude are making suggestions or trying to stand there nude while trying to make conversation. With that said if they are just walking around not bothering anyone (other then being nude) then he needs to skip the locker room. Me personally when I go to the gym (not often enough) I do check out the nude guys to see what they got but then again I love cock so my biggest fear is seeing a nice package and getting caught licking my lips LOL

  38. Gregg

The reason I shower at the gym is because I don’t like putting clean clothes on a sweaty body and getting them all sweaty, too, besides my gym clothes. You just have more laundry to do then when you get home. What do they expect to see in a men’s locker room–naked men! lol

  39. Ed__

I agree it is mainly a generational thing. I live in a small town and go to the local gym/pool often. The younger 70 just walk around without towels. In my case I was much bigger around (fat) and a towel wouldn’t reach around me. My main concern is when the under age children are present. With the way people overreact I fear a young one will tell his mama a naked man was in the locker room and all hell will break loose. We had one guy that thought it was okay for his 10 year old daughter to be in the locker room. We did report that because no one was comfortable in that situation. My biggest fear though is a woman identifying as a man and joining me in the shower.

    • Ed__

I used the less than and greater sign and it posted wrong. Should be

The younger (less than 30) guys change in the toilet stalls while those greater than 70 just walk around without towels.

  40. Andy19806

Interesting his complaint was about “elderly men”. Wonder if it would be ok with him if a bunch of 20 somethings with great bodies were walking around naked.

  41. Marcus

My locker room moment came when I was in the 11th grade. This short black guy was the biggest geek in school. He was 5’5 and weigh about 150 lbs. Wore thick glasses and was very smart. He went to church every Sunday and played the piano for the church choirs. Dark skin and had a huge head that didn’t match his body. I remember seeing him in the shower with a huge thick throbbing dick. He was so embarrassed he was trying to place his hands over it to try to hid it. Everyone was staring at it. I was shocked. I had never seen his dick print in my pants before. After he showered he walk out and his dick was flopping up and down. He’s 50 years old now and very successful. He is still married and have 8 children. His wife is a church lady and very attractive. I use to look at her in wonderment to be woman enough to take all that.

  42. symmetry

If people would spend more time working out and trying to improve their health and bodies that would be one thing. The reality is you have a bunch of men playing on their phones and chasing dick and gyms have become pathetic and you see more out of shape people than years before!!

  43. Dan

It’s a locker room…a MENs locker room. If he’s so conservative, let HIM and his son use the Family Changing Room…most gyms and fitness clubs have them.

  44. Toronto

At the Ymca downtown in Toronto, and the UofT gyms, there is one specific older guy who I’ve never seen working out, but is always at these places. Usually in the sauna ‘stretching’ and shoving his ass in everyone’s face. It’s annoying AF. When
I open the sauna door and see him in there, I just skip the sauna. Some people go way too far.

  45. 4Dicks

I personally don’t have a problem with naked men in a locker room. I’m one of those old guys but I don’t Walk around the without a towel around my waist. Now the local y locker room you see a lot of guys walking around naked, the showers are open except two. Although I have seen lots of action in the suana and steam room. I will admit I do like to look but do agree many you don’t really want to see.

  46. Dylan

In junior high I knew I was playing for the guys team. I’d go into the locker room and be in a tizzy with all the guys getting undressed at ones and everyone telling “fag” jokes. It was easy to look around and stare if someone caught you they made a loud joke “hey fag, get a good look?”and you countered with one as well like,”yeah there ain’t nothing to look at there (even know there was).” Everyone bursts into laughter. It happened every mon, wed & Friday gym class. And just became the norm throughout high school.

What my classmates didn’t know was I’d get on the smell of a locker room. I’d open lockers and sniff underwear, shirts, jocks etc. once I got caught in there and shoved a jock down my pants very quickly. Went to the restroom took it out and wore it on my face as I jerked off. (This lead to some weird fucking fetishes). To this day when I go in a locker room my gaydar is pinging hard. I’ve had A LOT of lockerroom, steamroom, sauna sex. It’s by far still my favorite. I walk past a locker room at the gym and I’m rock hard knowing what goes on in there. It has ruined many a work out. My brain ain’t right.

  47. Mike

My beef are the guys who dont at least carry a towel to sit on while using benches\seating areas inside the LR. I mean no one want to sit on a bench after your bare ass has been sweating all over it. Like a lot of the commenters have stated. Most all of the ones who strut around the LR and are usually there quite often and for long periods are never the ones one would add to their spank bank if you know what I mean…

For crying out loud it’s a lockeroom… Men an boys come out of the shower naked, dry off, and change their clothes. If you don’t like it change and shower at home.

What is being discussed? Nudity in a locker room or guys hanging out naked so they can get laid? It’s the the former-deal with it or don’t use the locker room.
If it is the latter-get out of the locker room and take it home. Gyms/locker rooms are not for having sex. They give us a bad reputation when guys do that stuff. It’s also disgusting. If you are into that, then go to a bath house.
As far as the nudity being younger or older? If it’s just working out and changing-grow up, realize the world does not revolve around you and be quiet.

Derrick here. My intention is not to go to any locker room to look at other men. I go to get dress for my workout & return to shower afterwards. Being gay, I am going to look and respond with an erection! that is normal for a gay man! one incident happen while working out in front of a guy with his legs open . Hr caught me looking and got offended and gave me a look but never closed his legs . What was that all about? Guys com on web sites and post things about how they are looked at and disrespected but send mix messages because they aren’t comfortable with their own feelings! Don’t get mad at me because i notice you noticing you noticing me in the shower. WE ARE ALL CURIOUS TO A CERTAIN DEGREE!!

When I was in school everyone had to shower in group shower in PE class. Then we raised a generation where they didn’t even have to change clothes for PE. Raising generation that is self centered and offended by way too much
