Maybe it’s just me, but I have always thought it rather sad and pathetic that anyone would construct their sense of self (identity, ego, self-esteem, whatever) around the size of their dick. Especially, “the benefit of positive or supportive examples of men who love men.” It begs the question, “How positive are blog after blog here in categories such as “Pornstar” or “Hottie of the Week” or “Hot or Not? or Fashion Must Haves. None of those promote “positive or supportive examples.” They focus on looking at men superficially.
It’d be great to see more blogs focused on the social challenges and life successes gay men encounter in 2017. Not just stereotypical young, urban, fashion trendy, diva music loving, femmie, flamboyant gays. Some gay men now are single. Many are married, or were married, to women. Some are professionals. Some are Blue Collar Some are fathers … and grandfathers. Many are Boomers who have reached middle age or later. Many have been downsized or are facing retirement. They have health issues beyond AIDS. Some have monogamous relationships. Some have numerous regular sexual partners. Some are alone.
What can A4A do to enhance a broader understanding of gay men … all gay men … while moving away from stereotypes and superficiality?

I get that we are a extremely diverse group, I just wish we spoke with more politeness and respect to others who should understand BEST the unique issues and challenges we face.
