December 13, 2015, was a rare spring-like day in NYC. Mark and Yuval’s family made plans to go to brunch at Bubby’s Restaurant, near Gansevoort Plaza, in the Meatpacking District of Manhattan. Yuval had no clue what was really going on. He was simply happy, with life, love, and work all going well. He was enjoying the day with his partner and family. Well, the day was about to get better… Love is love, and when it is right, passionate and deep, it is a joy to celebrate. Mark went all out on this proposal.”

I like the point in the video Yuval realized what was actually going on. You could see the light bulb turn on because his face just lite up and his eyes turned to tears.

That was so sweet. I wish them the very best. A guy proposed to his girlfriend at the Y a few weeks ago. I keep hoping someone will propose to me while I am there.
I cried while seeing this beautiful couple taking it to next level. Apperently the other reason was to think of Mr Right who shall do this to me. Still waiting for my train and the sad thing is that am no longer getting younger. Happy life to mark and yuval.

Pleeeease. Yeah, the proposal was moving. Most guys say “I wonder if that will ever happen to me”, well, it can happen to anyone in reality but as for us, gay guys, if we stop fantasizing about “having so wonderful like this happening” with the “perfect” (and what I mean by “perfect” is the hunky, rugged, tall, hung, muscular knock out of a male that we are eternally looking for) guy and just see that that “perfect” is just an illusion and start looking not with our eyes and dicks but with our hearts, then we might see ourselves in a “fairy tale” not with prince charming but an average joe (nothing wrong with a Shrek type of guy, eh?) that will make our toes curl at night every night… *sigh*
Ok, I’m a guy who prides myself as a world weary cynical son of a bitch who finds this type of cheap sentiment vomit worthy…….. But I cried. The grinches heart grew about a half size.
