It does if you hydrate. Trader Joes has colon cleaning capsules that are virtually identical to this for half the cost.
I agree most guys who have nasty butts etc, are a no go. If your out to meet up with guys, and they stink and haven’t showered and cleaned out, well, yuck. Now athough with my BF, it’s a different story. I don’t really care if he stinks, has a dirty hole, cock, sweaty, etc. When I’m with him, it can even be a turn on. After all we share everything.
