Hot Or Not: Drag Queens In Porn
The past couple of years has seen the art of drag undergo a massive surge in mainstream popularity. RuPaul’s Drag Race (RPDR) moved from a niche program to mainstream favorite, winning three Emmy awards in two years. RuPaul isn’t even the only drag queen with a television show now — fan favorites Trixie Mattel and Katya Zamolodchikova have The Trixie and Katya Show on Viceland.
Even the world of pornography has had its share of participating queens. RPDR alums like Jade Jolie, Violet Chachki, and Detox have been featured in porn while out of drag. Another RPDR alum, Latrice Royale, had a porn cameo while in drag. RPDR Season 3 runner-up, Manila Luzon, also stars as Wonder Woman in Men.com’s Justice League: A Gay XXX Parody.
So far, we haven’t seen a drag queen have sex in a porno while in full drag. That, however, could change soon enough. Porn star Ty Mitchell is also a Brooklyn drag queen known as Kelsey Dagger, and he hasn’t ruled out performing a scene while in drag.
What we’d like to know from your readers is this: Do you find drag queens in porn hot? Would you find a scene where the other performer is in drag hot? Or would it only turn you on if they were out of drag? If you find it hot, what is it about it that turns you on? Share your thoughts with us in the comments section below.
Drag queens are a real drag, man. They are imitation everything, anti-male, and not in the least sexy. I think they ruin gay culture, and I can’t stand their being so emblematic and ever-present. Gay men need to learn how to be men and gay, you can still be a real man. That means, embracing male power, patriarchy, privilege, etc., just not in a hetero way. Performers who can’t set aside their gayness are pathetic onstage, and it detracts from all they do. You have to find a real, creative, strong man who is open to you, and absorb from him, if you don’t know on your own. Gay men should NOT be feminists. They use us and use us up, usurp our power.
Totally agree that drag queens are not sexually attractive. But wow: “male power, patriarchy, privilege, etc.” Male domination is sort of out of style and should be. Time that men, gay and straight, recognize the equality of women.
Eeewww. I watch porn..for men having sex with other men. Guys having sex in drag would turn me off.
I’m all for drag queens in porn. I a hot woman with a big dick incredibly sexy. I enjoy wearing women’s clothes & doing all things a good girl would do for her man. If the sex is good. It’s good!
Drag queens = erection killer.
I like my sex butch.
I like sex with men who are men and not men masquerading as women. I’m sure that will cause a flame war, but I don’t care.
I like men.
I fuck men.
None of them are in any way womanlike.
Matt you have to agree that some men like feminine men though… and they are still men even though they have a wig and makeup on.
I know straight/bi guys that LOOOOOOVE drag queens and crossdressers and trans!
Beside the point. I couldn’t care less what floats anyone else’s boat. We all have what we like. The post asked “hot or not” therefore it should be OK to say “not” and not have to mollycoddle feelings of those who say “hot”. Cheers.
Not, just my preference
… 93% of the “men” on this site and in porn are drag queens …
NOT!
Drag Queens are never HOT. They are akin to Clowns in Circus or Entertainment industry.
NO THANK YOU!!!
I do not think drag queens in porn are hot. In fact, I do not think drag queens are hot period! If I wanted to see someone fem I would go get a real female — not someone “pretending” to be female. Just like if I order a steak, I don’t want it to taste like fish.
There is nothing sexy about a woman with a dick! So, I’ll pass…
Disgusting. Im gay cause I want a man. Don’t care for men who dress or want to be a women. Chicks with dicks… Yuck. I like the Midwest version of us. Men who play but are still men and you can tell they are men
NOT.
I am attracted to males, not females.
If you can pull off acting female convincingly, then I don’t find that particularly appealing.
I like men that act and look like MEN.
Hmmm. If you mean sexy cross-dressers or transvestites, or transexual Mtf, then yes, but if you mean some fat queen in clown make-up, frills and glitter, fuck no.
I don’t personally find drag queens hot, but I applaud their inclusion in LGBT community media projects of all sorts and I feel sure there’s an appreciative audience for their contributions in adult films. I also heartily applaud Manila Luzon being cast in the Wonder Woman role—considering the character’s prominent role in the DCEU and her importance to the queer community going back decades, it would have been a glaring omission to not feature her in the parody video. (I’m already side-eying Men.com for replacing Cyborg, the sole black superhero from Justice League, with Wonderbread-white rationalizing Trump supporter Colby Keller…)
Matt, I think I’m a little in love with you because you actually left a comment with nuance. You had me at “I don’t personally find drag queens hot, but I applaud their inclusion in LGBT community media projects of all sorts….” Thank you.
I would luv to see it happen
No to all of the above. Drag Queens give me the hebbie jeebies.
I do…..
Not hot! Drag queens are confused beings.
There is market for everything to satisfy the taste of a population. He welcome.
Drag Queens are something I do not understand. This makes it hard to comment, as I do not want to offend anyone.
All I know is I have no attraction for drag queens. I do not understand the appeal of wearing makeup & dressing up in woman’s clothing. The scary drag queens are the ones who dress like nuns w/ the clown makeup.
To each their own. I prefer masculine men.
Yes very hot
Of course drag is hot in and out of porn and I think it should definitely happen it’s not that far different from trans porn or trannyporn really if you look at it there is presently drag queens in the porn industry presently none of them are really what I would consider a transgender because most of them without breast or surgical enhancements done to their hips and butt face and xcetera are what I would consider ladyboys they carry the appearance of what a female should look like all done by the enhancement of makeup lipstick lashes wigs Hair lace fronts some of them may have a little help due to being on hormones but none of them really are at this point and they just have big dicks or the things that most men’s bodies are their lips their butt long tongues big balls or the way they smile. I for one can relate due to my many numerous encounters with bisexual and or straight men that find it sexy that I am dressed up in the illusion of a female but what they really want is my big black dick or head because I have thick juicy lips that they would naturally want sucking their cocks because it is reminiscent of a pussy and that’s for the guys that just want to get their dick sucked they come off as straight or first time guys but they never actually are but that’s a whole different subject the answer is yes I definitely think drag queens should be important I hope that one day I would be considered to join the industry because it is interesting and I would have a great time doing it
Not! Takes ALL the horniness and sex appeal out of the movie.
Personally, I don’t find men in drag sexually stimulating. As a gay man, I would rather see men as men. I like men because of the the masculinity of their bodies. If I was turned on by women, I would be bi or straight. Men dressed up as women or even only wearing women’s panties or bras under their street clothes don’t excite me as well.
AS A PORN ACTOR SINCE 1993,WITH 36 PRO PORN VIDEOS,I CAN TELL YOU THAT THE IDEA OF WORKING WITH A DRAG QUEEN,OR WATCHING A DRAG QUEEN IS DISGUSTING.
MEN BUY GAY PORN TO SEE MEN HAVING SEX,NOT WATCHING A GUY WITH AN IMITATION WOMAN.
NOT
It’s great pron gives Drag Queens, and those who are attracted to them, a venue.
For me, unfortunately, they are unsettling. There’s a disconnect. Something is out of sync. The uncomfortable vibes I get is that they are trapped between being male and female. There’s a feeling of profound sadness covered up by a forced confidence. Much like clowns who dress vividly a strive to make others laugh while they are fundamentally pained inside.
I know they are to be respected and will always treat any one I met with that respect. But they’re not what I’d care to see in porn, especially undressed.
