A short video of airline staff Assraf Nasir dancing over at Twitter has garnered the attention of the netizens for slaying Britney Spears’ Toxic dance routine. As in the official music video of the original 2003 hit song, Assraf danced in an otherwise empty plane while lip synching the lyrics. The video, first posted by his colleague on Twitter, has been shared by 9gag on Facebook and has now millions of views on their page within less than twenty four hours of posting. Watch the smile-inducing video below:
One of the viewers commented, “Is this why my flight was delayed for “cleaning and inspection” while another wondered when they will “get this kind of inflight entertainment.” Among the many commenters expressed concern and said, “Now watch him get fired just because he had a little fun on a plane.”
But her fears were unfounded and contrary to what she and the others were expecting, Assraf’s boss, the CEO of the airlines himself, had shared the video on his official Instagram account saying, “Classic. Airasia version of Toxic. The talent in Airasia never fails to amaze me. @assrafnasir is the best. Love it that staff can just have fun and be themselves.”
Very well said for it is a fun video indeed. Did you like the video? Share with us your thoughts in the comments section below.
Happy viewing!
Could be amusing in-flight entertainment !m And he certainly is scaled better to the aisles than most of the other fly girls.
Yes he nailed it !
so it’s a cover song of someone who lip syncs. fake music. fake “artist”. bullshit pop garbage. it shouldn’t be celebrated. support local music and struggling artists…not tired ass old gay icons from the past.
Everyone needs to have some fun while working. Nice video kid!!
Omg…what a kween..lol
This very easily could have been painful and costly for the guy. Large companies spend millions managing their image in the market place. He is lucky the airline didn’t take his goofing off under their brand as unflattering. It’s best for your career to NEVER take a flyer and represent your employer in the media without its permission.
