Music : Mariah + Miguel
What a great song! Mariah Carey and Miguel just released a new duet called “#Beautiful” !
I discovered Miguel few months ago after hearing him at the Grammys and since then, I’m hooked! And what can I say about Mariah? I mean she is amazing! I love her voice in that track, it’s calm, mature, with lot’s of texture.
I’m loving everything about this song, the guitar, the voices, the tempo, the arrangements… Koodos to this R&B duo!

A very lovely song and I do love that way Mariah kept her voice under control by just allowing it to blend and not make it over power the other singer. Just to hear Mariah being the old Mariah again. Very lovely song….
Mariah is always good to listen to. This new guy Miguel has nothing new to offer. His music sounds way to much like Marvin Gaye.Why listen to him, when I can listen to Marvin ? Guess I’d rather listen to Luis Miguel instead, Now that man has a strong sexy voice.

I like Miguel a lot but he really did nothing great on the song.
He should working and making some great stuff with Kendrick Lamar instead of Mariah but that is just my opinion.

I was super excited for a new song of mariahs to come on coz triumphant was a decent track but did not live up to expectations… this song I mean… the title speaks for itself hehe
I don’t know why, but sticking a hashtag at the beginning of a song turns me off from even wanting to listen to this. I didn’t realize I had such a distaste for it until now.

It’s fine. But it’s nothing more than the “OMG! Isn’t that Wuuuuuuuuuuuuuderful?” music that’s promoted here. Nothing that’s not stuck in the 80s/90s. Miriah? Really? She was fine in her day (longer than maybe it should have been).
Even a check of ABC’s “The Voice” shows us there’s new and vibrant talent out there. For sure that show is not the end all, but singers there are new, fresh, unique. The don’t adhere to a standard, least of all the “OMG! Isn’t that Wuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuderful?” yawn of a variety.
Please save us from Cher, Mariah, and those of their kind. When we want to reminesce, it’s great that they/re there, but … that was then, and this is now.

Oh and if you don’t like Mariah, why did you read that post and take 15 minutes of your time to write a huge paragraph about it?

i cannot host and do not own a car so I am always willing to travel by public transportation anywhere in the city to meet a guy. i also do not care for blow or fuck n go, so the guy must be willing to have me over nights. I can assure gjys that my sweet ass is worth it, and i have never disappointed a man yet. so for me, its about quantity and quality of sex vs. distance.
