News: Who cares about Will and Kate’s wedding ? Who made the dress ?
The big day has arrived, finalllllly ….
To be honest, I was getting a bit tired of hearing people talking about the event everywhere ! I’m not really into the Monarchy and everything…
Personally, as a fashion lover, I just wanted to know who would make Kate’s dress (lol). So when I opened the TV this morning – like billions of people around the world – and saw the dress, I instantly knew it was from the House of McQueen. I recognized the back pleating in Kate’s dress, reminescent of the fall 2011-2012 of McQueen’s collection. The craftsmanship of Sarah Burton at the House of McQueen is spectacular. I mean, the body, the pleating, the lace… everything is ultra-sophisticated and on top of luxury. I would have liked it a bit more modern (like the pictures right below), but I guess it had to be very classic, it’s a Royal Wedding after all !
