Hey Moderator, this is a suggestion, i think there should be an A4A app like Vine but just for us men who like to show videos and chat better. Vine suspends you after a certain amount of time. Im sure my fellow men would appreciate it. Thanks for listening =)
How about making an app for windows phone. I have to use my mobile browser and it can be very glitchy.
How about a section in each profile where we could write a small note. I.e., “he’s/I’m not interested”; “already contacted”; “gives head like a champ”; “would/wouldn’t/already have”. I think this would make it a lot easier to navigate the men in the site and keep track of whom you’ve had contact with or would like to have contact with in the future.
yelp style rating system! so aftr a hookup you can put how much u liked, or little you liked, the experience.
Maybe make it so that I can set up my profile to only see who might be interested in me. For example, if I’m black and then I won’t appear to people who aren’t into black guys and they won’t appear to me. But make filters for age, race, height, dick size, etc. .I’ve wasted a lot of clicks.
Also, could you make it so that we can block someone’s account based on their actual email? That way if the same person makes a different account but registers under their same email, my account would still block them. Sometimes I talk to guys on here and I have this funny feeling that it’s a fake profile and someone that I don’t talk to anymore is catfishing me.
Bring back the “log out” button to the main page. It’s bad enough many don’t bother to use it so they seem to be on when they aren’t (needy to have people notice them much?) but now it’s worse for those who do use it.
Is A4A also that desperate to make it seem like more men are online that really aren’t just by making it harder to find the log out?
Yes, I always (ok unless I have to leave quick and forget) log out when I’m done and I really had to go LOOKING for it on the notifications page.

I have several suggestions: 1. Please put the log out button back on the main page. 2. Remove profiles which have not logged in in over 12 months, if they have not logged in in 12 months they are probably not going too. 3, Make profiles automatically log out after 2.5 hours, too many people showed on line who do not respond when contacted which means they have forgot to log out.

One suggestion … Its nice to know the distance when between someone you are interested in when they share location but how about a map interface using geolocation..that would help when traveling in new cities.
I would definitely say to add a feature that u can find hiv poz guys. Most gay guys that are negative would rather deal with other negative guys because of risk and i feel its easier to find a person that is going through the same problems as I am.
For those of us who travel a lot it would be nice to be able to have the ability to list multiple trips in the Plan A Trip area on the application.
Like a multi city trip for example.
How about putting the log off button back on the home page. It is very in inconvient to have to constantly go to settings and delete history (on iPad)

Since my “mobile device” isn’t part of my anatomy as it is with some these days, I don’t really have much use for any type of mobile app.
I also AVOID guys who ARE on the “mobile app”: As this idiot sees it? Why should I be your “important text” just b/c YOU”RE bored? I just use and always will use the desktop application.
That way I can type full length messages, make SENSE of those messages without having to stoop to “internet lingo”.
Just my take on it, but when I see a guy’s info and the log-on symbol which indicates whether they’re on desktop, phone or tablet, is either a phone or mobile device, I just go to the next good looking gent in the roster.
I’d like to see a more comprehensive and more navigable FILTER section, where I could filter out those who “aren’t what I’m looking for at all” and make shorter work of “searching for whatever”……….

Although I am not a paying member, I have noticed lately that the ‘escorts and massage’ members are almost always at the top of the list when you use latest login. The same ones are there at 9 in the morning and again at 4 in the afternoon. They never move down the list. Is this something new that you are trying? If so, I am not in favor of it They shouldn’t get preferential treatment. Just my opinion.
Move the Block button away from the others on the profile page. I can’t tell you the number of times I’ve accidentally blocked someone

How about a automatic log out for members who get flagged or blocked? It seems that a few guys on here have more than one profile registered on here, so when I do not show interest or block them, they just come back with another user name. That is nuts!
I’d like something so that guys who are on the down low or bi can feel more comfortable and hook up more. Also, if I’m horny and just want to suck a dick or get sucked, I don’t want to change my main profile and advertise it to everyone. Could there be a stealth hookup section? Maybe where some information can’t be different from my main profile but I can choose what info I want to share with what kind of guys? Then we don’t have to worry so much about what others might think/maintaining our public reputation. E.g. I can share that I’m a white top looking to get my dick sucked and only share with black and mixed guys within 2km.

The A4A android app sucks. It doesn’t contain all of the information the website or mobile website does. It should be more like the mobile website.
I don’t like that on the app, when a person chooses to not share their distance, they can see others but nobody can see them!
On the website, if they don’t share distance, they show under the ‘area’ tab but not the ‘near me’ tab.
Some guys never sign in on the website, message people but can never be seen when they are on the app – it is like stalking to me.
How about a matching system where if both people like each other it notifies you both.
I used to have an iOS based phone and even if I wasn’t logged in to the radar or mobile app it would send a notification of a new message. Now I have a windows based phone and if I’m not actively using radar I don’t get notifications and they are slow to come through. I usually use the mobile app and have resorted to receiving an email every time I get a message so I know I have messages.
Over the past few days the escorts have gotten preferential treatment, and the ability to enlarge profile pictures by clicking on them has been eliminated. Neither of these is a welcome change. It’s ironic to have a blog post asking for suggestions when the website makes arbitrary decisions like the ones I mentioned without asking anyone.

iOS app: please fix the photo unlock. When I unlock, some RADAR users cannot see my unlocked pics (they appear locked to them).
I then have to tell them to use the mobile or full web sites to see them.
I there a possibility of a chat room . so u cant talk some faster .. rather than just sending messages back and forth …

My biggest frustration is being required to use the browser instead of the app to view x-rated pictures. It completely defeats the purpose of having the app for “use on-the-go”. What’s the point of using it on the go if you’re going to be restricted to what kind of content you can see?

The sort by Latest Login has not been working for the last 2 days.
I’ve sent 2 messages to Customer Service and neither has had a response in 36 hours.
As a paid subscriber, neither of these is acceptable.

Greg’s observations are correct. Escorts and some Masseur ads have been fixed in place for about 2 days. Blog’s response of “I don’t know what you’re talking about.” is inappropriate. It is a real problem. I’ve tried A4A on 2 browsers (Chrome and Firefox) and had the same display problems. Reported to Tech support, with no response.

And another problem with current mobile app running on Motorola droid 4 phone is that starting a day or two ago your members online list does not update in the Last Logon mode. What’s up with that. This app just keeps getting worse with each new update. How about getting the standard desktop version to run properly on a droid phone. It fails during the login process. Three/four months ago it worked fine now it’s fucked. UGH
1. Link the app to the device UID, so catfishers can’t abuse your site.
2. Don’t hide Log Out button.
3. Auto-logoff people after a certain while, like 2 hours .
4. Or mark guys as “Away” if they have been away for 2 hours.
5. Auto-disable profiles that have not logged in 6 months or so.
6. iOS: Make sure it supports the new iPhone 6 and Plus screen resolutions.
7. Android: support variable screen resolution
8. Windows Phone: Support Windows Phone. People use it now.
9. Apple Watch and Android Wear support
10. Better enforcement of “escorts” who try to get around using a Premium escort profile by putting words like “generou$” in their profile (watch the amount of young black guys drop significantly after this.)
I’m a long time paying member. When I logged on and selected “last login” eleven out the first twelve profiles are escorts/masseurs. This didn’t happen before, it’s safe to say it’s statistically impossible. So, something changed…
Also, please put the logout button back.

Create an equal opportunity picture sharing system where you can send a request and if they agree then each person would automatically be given five minutes of viewing time from the start of them accepting the request. A lot of people says they’ll open but never do. I don’t think this would be a resolution but a pretty good improvement for both the apps and main site.
I respectfully request that before you launch any new apps, that you fix the existing products you have. I looked in the places others have mentioned that they found the Logout feature but I am not seeing it??

Please get rid of the ads on the mobile site, its embarrassing when your trying to check out your profile when your out and about and some giant cock picture pops up on your screen. Plus it slows your phone down.

1 – Let me clean your glasses for you since you must have a vision problem since you cannot see what Greg is talking about when he says that escorts and masseurs are being placed at the top of the list and they stay there. Clearly something has changed and I don’t like it. It was not like this 2 days ago, or last week, last month, or last year. There is either something wrong with you code or something wrong with your integrity. I suggest having them both checked ASAP. Is this another one of those perks you are so eager to share as a supporting user, but fail to be up front with users and place it on your perks list? Who took over this site, used car salesmen?
2 – Bring the god damn log out button back to an easily accessible location. Hiding it at the bottom of the user account page is a weak move and a sign of desperation. Like a casino with no windows, clocks and 1 Exit door, hidden in the back, behind the urine splattered bathrooms.
3. Stop letting other sites hide their advertising in fake profiles. Another sign of desperation. You owe it to your users to be better than that.
This site should strive to be better than all the other sites. Make it something that your users won’t be ashamed to have their friends discover they are a member of. Make it a sexually mature and emotionally confident symbol for your gay brothers, not a seedy underbelly of the red light district.
* The sort is messed up currently, so I’m not sure if that’s something “new” that I should mention or not. If it is, I would like the sort to revert back to having the most recent people signed on display on the first page.
* Many have mentioned and I will join in: put the logout back on the main screen (for both the website and the mobile version).
* Either have an auto-logout of 30 minutes with no activity, or have a clock on the profile displaying the time since the individual last took action on the site. These people who sign in and then never log out (possibly because of the ‘missing’ logout) make conversation delayed.
* Being able to search by distance as part of the filters/searches.
* Being able to include in your profile (either private or public) the traits that you seek, and the ones that you DO NOT WANT, to allow filtering on people that would be into me, or people that wouldn’t want me at all would help with all of the rejection.
* Being able to put your own private notes/rating on each profile would be great. Helpful to remind yourself who you don’t want to deal with, what their name is, etc.
* Being able to report profiles, for either being bots, advertising some other dating sites, for harassment, etc.
Those are all the things I can think of off the top of my head. lol

And you didn’t address the other issue I raised–that profile photos can no longer be enlarged by clicking on them. What is going on with Adam?

Also, I pay, and on two occasions have accidentally blocked someone without that intent — SO, how about a CHECK (are you sure you wish to BLOCK so-and-so?) so that it is not an accident. Also, paying members should get a ‘last word’ when a non-paying member is rude (the whole block things needs reviewed as it creates a worse environment by antagonizing) A ‘red’, ‘green’, and ‘yellow’ rating system could be used to show who responds regularly and has few blocks, that would entice people to be more polite and less reactive if their actions affected their own rating + or – rating 😉

Can we get push notifications on the android app working again, like it used to on the old android app? Ever since you guys created the new app, I only get notifications if I have the app open! That completely defeats the entire purpose of push notifications.
Also, when I do get a notification of an email on the new app (when i have the app open already), if I go to the website, it will not show that i have a new, unread email unless I open my inbox. Get rid of that please. Just b/c i get a notification doesn’t mean i read it or even opened my inbox
Guys, it appears that “the man behind the curtain” has gotten greedy. You’re not getting the Logout Button back. When we commented that it had disappeared, Dave told us, “The engineers are working on it.” They were. The Logout Button has now been replaced with a bright green “Pay Up or Get Less” button. The inability to enlarge profile thumbnails in your desktop browser? That’s not a glitch. You watch … that’s about to become an option available only to paying members. I haven’t noticed pros and escorts rising to the top of the list – we don’t have many of those in my area – but this is probably a “benefit” now being offered to the premium/pro members, in the same way that Google’s paid advertisers are always at the top of the results list.
I would be glad to pay A4A for my membership, but only what it’s worth to me. It’s not worth what you’re charging. Instead of crippling the features, why don’t you try reduced-cost membership promotions. You might find that you get more paying customers and fewer alienated members.
headsupguy: the logout button is in your account page now. There was a glitch yesterday in the site, the escorts and photo bug is now resolved.

On the main page, near where the Logout button used to be (next to the Green VIP Access button), there is a small gear looking icon. Click on it. At the bottom of the page in the “Other” section (where the time zone dropdown is) there is a small single word link that says Logout and it works!!!
How about providing an uncensored app for Android that can be installed as a third-party app. Or, provide an option in the app to view the profile in the browser. Having to switch between browser and app is tedious.
SpartanBurger : We cannot, Android and Apple force us to do that because they dont want to see adult pics in their store. Other apps don’t have this problem because they dont have a desktop connected to the app, we do. For instance, grindr doesn’t accept 18+ photo, simply because of android and apple. If you even show underwear, your photo is removed.
I just want to view all pics on the app. its sad that i have to get on a browser to see a nude pic. all the other apps don’t have restrictions except main photo in some, but i have the app for convenience, and now i still have to go to the webpage. pointless.
A couple more that I thought of: to be able to filter by status (to be able to just get those that have set their status to “Right Now” or “Not Looking”).
To be able to respond once to a message which was sent right before the person blocked you. I have had these guerrilla tactics played on me where they say something rude and then block me. I feel that I should be able to respond to the last message. This would also encourage people to just block people and not be rude/snarky about it.

I’m a 30 y/o big black guy with a 5.5 inch cock. I’ve been on this site for about a year and I get tired of seeing profiles that says “no blacks”, “no fats”, “no old men”, or “must be hung” I think it would be nice to have different sectons for different types of guys. Not just for the app but for all a4a sites.
A chat feature. A4A had it when I joined. It was great to have an ongoing live conversation. That disappeared suddenly but there still is a reference or two to it on the standard version of the site. Now you’re only choice is back and forth messages … click, wait, answer, click, wait, answer.
Have no issues with the newer Android ap. I just prefer the older one because navigation between sections seems easier; no need to go back a main menu when you wish to switch sections. The standard one works well on my Droid Maxx so I’ve stayed with it. Every now and then I do check the new version but seem to end up back at the old one.
We would like to see adam4 adam chat app. we would like something similar to AOL’s chat rooms. pick your state and city end up in those chat rooms. tired of using email on a4a as a chat session.
Are you aware, that the last few days nothing happens on the main site when you click on somebody’s picture??? It used to open and enlarge the pic, now nothing! Tried it on many different computers and browsers so it’s a site issue. This has nothing to do with the app, but maybe you need to inform the webmaster that the site is broken. As for the app, I never use it, because it has so many flaws, and you cannot see any nudes, so its kinda worthless.

Notifications on android have been improperly using the Media volume not the Notification volume (example: phone is on zero volume vibrate, and it loudly dings with a message because the media volume is up.)

When checking the mailbox in the Android, I have to press my finger on the little box on the upper right corner repeatedly before it “catches” on. Make checking mail easier.

I still have not received a response to either of my two support requests.
When using Radar, I am unable to upload photos. In the Manage Pictures page, the “Replace Button” doesn’t work. However, the delete button does. If I delete a pic, I can look for a pic to upload, but, the upload button won’t work. I have to go into the mobile site on a browser to upload pics from my phone. When I’m reading an email and click on the guys profile, the back button on my phone won’t take me back to the email, I just get the loading balls. The back button on the screen won’t take me back to the email, I just get the loading balls. To get back to the email, I have to click the envelope button to go to the inbox, and then go to the email.
Maybe you can fix these issues. They’re extremely annoying.

to “delete my last visit”
Now you need to add the opposite:
if the “show my last visits” box is unchecked,
then the profile should have a button
to “leave a track” or “leave a trace”

I would like to see a section that has more search option. Like searching by age, Race, height, weight, cock size …. also able to search by what a guy is into like chubby chaser, bear, submissive, dominate so on

How about a filter to hide certain locations? Where I am there are some suburbs that are a long way from me … geographically undesirable… but yet they show up under the city heading. Hate wasting time clicking on profiles for guys I’ll never want to meet.
1. Matchmaking system. I enter my traits and preferences, and the system returns with profiles of others with matching traits and preferences.
2. Friendmaking system. like the matchmaking system, but friends anywhere. So if I want to chat with someone, say, who is passionate about social justice, or a beekeeper, or likes baking, anywhere, and is on to chst and not necessarily to hook up or marry, that is possible.
I like that I can get notifications on my phone via the app, so thanks for that. I don’t understand, however, why the pictures are censored because that almost negates every positive aspect of the app. I’m looking for guys nearby, but can’t see their pics to see I may be interested?

On the regular a4a website when you look at a profile you can see whether they are cut or uncut, what they are into and maybe their profession (if they have filled these out on their profiles). But on the a4a radar iOS app, these things don’t show up at all even if the person has filled out on their profiles!! Can u please add this to the radar app or atleast give us a way to select which stats we want to see on a profile?

One return the log out bottom
Two a windows phone/windows app would be nice.
Not all of us use and iPhone or Android.
Include all info on the website (annoying to jump from the mobile app to the website) to see what people are looking for, size, etc.
Include a place holder for adult pics (since you can’t show them). Right now I have to go to the site to see if someone has no pictures or multiple public adult photos (since the app doesn’t distinguish between the two).
Allow users to optionally censor adult photos for the app. Uncensored version is displayed on the full site, while the censored version goes to the app.
Allow me to use saved searches from the website.

A hyperlink on a member’s profile that launches the web browser. This would be helpful for members that have nude pictures, but cannot see them in the mobile app due to restrictions.
It’s frustrating when guys, or myself, look at a profile and see “No Photo” thinking the user does not have any photos. This makes you have to open a browser, relogin, click the profile and look at the photos which is not efficient.
I would like to see A4A add a “bi” category. I would like to meet other bi guys.

1. Bring back the log off button
2. Automaticly log someobe off after 45 min of non activity
3. Seems to me at one time it said when the person logged
