If you are new to bottoming, don’t start here. Get yourself a small dildo or butt-plug and play with that. There is no such thing as “breaking-in a hole” — your anus, sphincter and rectum are surrounded by muscles. Rather than approaching it as a “break-in” consider trying a gentle “stretch-in” by slowly relaxing the muscles that are actually causing you the pain.
