Entertainment: Ladies night at the Grammys
By the time the 53rd Grammys wrapped up last night, Lady Antebellum rode away with five awards (including Record and Song Of The Year, and Best Country Song)—though they lost out on Album Of The Year in a surprise upset to Arcade Fire’s The Suburbs. Meanwhile, Lady Gaga—who arrived at the shindig in an alien pod—clinched a Best Pop Vocal Album win for The Fame Monster, and during her speech gave thanks to Whitney Houston. “I wanted to thank Whitney, because when I wrote ‘Born This Way’ I imagined she was singing it…” Interesting—most other people thought she imagined Madonna. Gaga sang her latest single yesterday in a Gagaesque performance with dancers and yes, an organ.
Interesting performances all night including a Tribute to The Queen of Soul Aretha Franklin led by the “queen of mumbling” Miss Aguilera, who almost fell off the stage after the performance. Bad week for Christina….Other great performances by Rihanna who sang twice, Usher, Barbra Streisand and Katy Perry to name a few.
Oh, I just wanted to let you know that I was overexcited that Bieber didn’t win anything 🙂
I just find he is ultra fake, untalented and that he should change his hairpiece asap ! (Sorry girls !!)

Why the focus on the negative points of Christina’s performance?! She did an incredible job along with all of the ladies performing with her. Yes, she almost fell, and yes she fucked up the star spangled banner, but she didn’t mess up last night. Give her the respect she deserves for even bothering to perform after the people in this country have been tearing her to pieces for one mistake.
TryThis, ok she was good, and I really like her. Dont take it to personal…
I was super excited when Bieber lost best new artist…his face was classic!
I’m just so glad my man, Michael Buble, won another Grammy. I know he’ll never be allowed on stage just cause they don’t see his award that important but doesn’t mean he’s any less of a talent. Love him soooooo much!
You forgot to mention Mick. He rocked the house! The old man still has it going on.
